This website (the “Website”), published by the company Gradient Denervation Technologies (“Gradient”, “we”, “us”, “our”), is a corporate website presenting the expertise and business activities of Gradient.

Access, consultation, browsing and/or use of the Website imply full acceptance of this document (the “Terms”), which defines the terms of use of the Website by any person accessing, consulting, browsing and/or using all or part of the Website (the "User").

    These Terms are dated precisely and may be modified and updated by Gradient, at any time, particularly in the event of changes to the Website or applicable law

    In the event that Gradient is held liable for damage not provided for in this article, its liability will be limited to certain, real and direct damage.

    10. GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION


    These Terms are governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with French law.

    In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or execution, Gradient and the User shall seek, before any litigation, an amicable agreement and shall provide each other with all necessary information to this effect.

    In the absence of an amicable agreement between Gradient and the User within a period of two (2) months from the notification of the dispute to the other party, express jurisdiction is given to the competent Court.
